1:50 pm Set-up time
2:00 Pm Start time
2:45 STOP-Judging over 3:00pm

*You must match the style to a celebrity (pics will be provided) YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PIC ON THE SPOT
* Your models outfit is your choice
* Prior to introduction, your models should be dressed, make-up done, and accessorize before show time
* Contestant must supply their own model, styling cape, tools, supplies, and outfit
* Cutting and styling is a must
* Pre-braiding and/or pre-wrapping is ok
* Live model is mandatory
* Competitor will be allowed to set up 15 minutes before start time. Set up 1:50pm, contest begins at 2:00pm
* Bonding and/or sewing is allowed
* Contestants have One hour (45 minutes) to complete a full head of extensions, which include haircut and style. Any hair cutting tools and implements are accepted
* Presentation walk upon completion (2 minutes) on stage
* Judges will choose five semi-finalists, then Final Winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd Place)

PRIZES:
1st Place Winner- $500 and State Trophy; 2nd Place Winner- $250 and State Trophy; and
3rd Place Winner- $100 and State Trophy
