Angela Crawford has over 18 years of experience in the Hair and Beauty Industry. Also known as “Ms. Hair Doctor”, she has created over 47 products relating to hair and beauty. Ms. Crawford is the Original Patent Creator of “Lace Closures, Lace Frontals, 360 Frontals, U-Part Wigs and Weaves, Easy Wigs-Weaves Caps and Sewing Machine made Wigs and Extensions.” Angela has worked with several celebrity clients, and her work has been featured on television shows such as EMPIRE, Americas Got Talent, VH1, BET, Bravo and more. Angela’s work has been recognized in publications such as Vibe Magazine, Hair Sophisticate, and Hype Hair magazines.
Angela is a licensed Trichologist, and has spent time all over the country educating stylist, clients, and companies on her products, hair loss, and the future of wig making.  Angela along with USA Wigs and Weaves Manufacturer have partnered together to help promote the industry of custom wigs makers. GLORIA "GIGI" FORD


Gloria “Gigi” Ford has dedicated her career to helping women suffering from hair loss find non-surgical solutions and creative,  Her greatest passion is working with the American Cancer Society, The Alopecia Foundation and the Trichotillomania Foundation. Gigi travels the world educating cosmetologists, researching new techniques and exploring base design. She is an internationally renowned educator and expert in hair styling, hair replacement, consulting, product/project development, program planning and training curriculum and design. She has designed prosthesis for New Concept Hair Goods and Onrite. Gigi holds a Master’s Degree in Cosmetology with the National Beauty Culture League. She has traveled to Hong Kong, China, Korea and Indonesia to study hair prosthesis design. She has also studied in the UK at Vidal Sassoon in Hair Cutting.

Now she tours the U.S. training future and experienced hair prosthesis specialists in the correct process of non-surgical hair replacement and the theory behind it. She also helps specialists start their own businesses in hair replacement.

Gigi’s hair prosthesis education materials include instructional books, audio books, videos and business programs. Her book, “Don’t Lose Your Clients Because They Are Losing Their Hair” is a step-by-step educational guide in hair replacement. Gigi has also authored educational books such as, “All About Insurance”, “The Business”, “The Business Plan”, “What To Say & How To Say It” and her newly published textbook “Hair Replacement The Curriculum” which can all be purchased on her website at www.gigiallabouthair.com. He is credited will introducing the Fusion hair extension techniques that gained tremendous popularity around the world.

Niki Smith is a 25 year + veteran in the beauty biz and one of the industry’s premier educators. Known best for her “mesmerizing” speaking skills and her in-depth knowledge and technical skills in the areas of salon development, platform artistry, and hair coloring for the urban salon.” Niki” is also a licenses educator and certified make-up artist. Her work includes television, commercials, infomercials, and CD covers. Her extensive educational experience expands throughout the industry with mega giants such as Soft Sheen, Wella-Sebastian, Request, Namistee, Shake and Go, Shiva Laboratories and  Essations Multi-textural Collection. She specializes Men, Women, and Children hair loss concerns incorporating natural health alternatives. Donyelle has a passion for helping others.  As a National and International Educator she also educates Physicians, Medical offices, and Licensed Professionals about Alopecia awareness and the alternative solutions. She is a member of American Medical Certification Association Member (AMCA), International Association of Trichology (IAT), American Hair Loss Council (AHLC), and Former Board of Director and Lead Educator for US Trichology Institute.

Kristy Béké is a dynamic entrepreneur whose innovative braiding styles and techniques have set the trends in the braiding industry. A licensed natural hair stylist
and instructor, Kristy Béké has dazzled audience at various workshops and conferences. In 1996, Kristy, a native of Cotonou, Bénin, founded BIGNONS, the upmost African Hair Braiding Salon in Charlotte, North Carolina. BIGNONS braiding, weaving and natural hair styles have been featured in a many of prestigious African hair care
magazines including, Black Beauty, Elite Braids, Sasha and many more.

She has a passion for social media marketing, business development, economic growth, as well as developing inspiring business owners.

DIANE M. DAY, MLS

Diane M. Day is a season professional with demonstrated leadership expertise.  She is the current owner of Virtual Staffing Source, an international virtual assistance company, which offers professional services to entrepreneurs, small business and various companies seeking start up and outsources support.  Various clients include Performance Consulting Group, Community College of Allegheny County, AY Imaging (London), World Outreach Ministries, Encore Event Design and Medical Center on the Gulf.  Services that Virtual Staffing Support provide include administrative support, documentation, event planning (limited), human resources support, marketing, management consultation, project management, social media marketing and training and development. 

 Currently, she is instrumental in working with visionaries in developing their start-up organizations.  She was the project management director of Greg Powe Institute for eight years.   She also is instrumental in providing a supporting arm in small business development by guiding business owners through various business growth initiatives.  She sits on the board of GLIDE (Girls Leading in Divine Excellence). 

Diane has a Masters degree in Organizational Development Leadership Studies and a Bachelors Degree majoring in Human Resources from Geneva College.
